Due to the nature of digital marketing services — which involve significant investment of time, expertise, and in some cases third-party costs — all payments made to Deep Marketing Solutions are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on a project.

That said, we handle every situation with fairness and on a case-by-case basis. If you feel there is a legitimate issue with the service you’ve received, please reach out to us directly and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun, the following services are non-refundable:

  • SEO Services — Monthly retainers and one-time audit or optimization projects
  • Social Media Management — Content creation, posting, and community management
  • Google Ads Management Fees — Strategy, setup, and ongoing management fees (ad spend is non-refundable separately)
  • Meta / Facebook Ads Management Fees — Campaign management and optimization fees
  • Content Creation and Copywriting — Articles, website copy, captions, and scripts
  • Video Editing — Edited videos once the project has been completed or partially completed
  • Music Distribution — Once music has been submitted and processed for distribution
  • Music Promotion — Once promotion campaigns have been launched
  • Graphic Design — Logo, branding, and design projects once concepts have been shared

3. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • A project is formally cancelled in writing before significant work has been completed
  • A specific deliverable has not yet been started at the time of the cancellation request

The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the written cancellation request. Deep Marketing Solutions will provide a breakdown of work completed versus the fee paid.

4. Website Design Projects

For website design and development projects specifically:

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation
  • If the project is cancelled after design work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed at our standard day rate
  • If Deep Marketing Solutions has failed to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within the agreed timeline without valid reason, a partial refund may be considered after discussion

5. Ad Spend

Please note that advertising budget paid directly to Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or any other third-party advertising platform is entirely outside our control and cannot be refunded by us. Any refund requests for ad spend must be made directly to the relevant platform according to their own refund policies.
