Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website or engaging the services of Deep Marketing Solutions. By accessing our website or engaging any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

1. Services

Deep Marketing Solutions provides a range of digital marketing services including but not limited to: website designing, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads management, Meta/Facebook Ads management, branding and graphic design, content creation, video editing, music distribution, and music promotion.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of each engagement are agreed upon at the start of the project and documented in a separate service agreement, proposal, or invoice.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% (or as otherwise agreed in writing) is required before any work commences
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the service agreement
  • All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received in full
  • Invoices not settled within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and assets required for the project
  • Provide feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframes to avoid project delays
  • Ensure they have full rights to all content, images, and materials provided to Deep Marketing Solutions for use in any project
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access details provided to them

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project (including logos, website designs, written content, and edited videos).

Deep Marketing Solutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, templates, or processes used by Deep Marketing Solutions remain the property of Deep Marketing Solutions.

5. Revisions and Changes

The number of included revisions is outlined in each service agreement or proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, strategy, or proprietary data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Deep Marketing Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or any errors or omissions in our work. Our total liability to the client is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for results that may vary due to factors outside our control, including changes in search engine algorithms, platform policies, or market conditions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination by the client, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy. In the event of termination by Deep Marketing Solutions due to non-payment or breach of these terms, all unpaid balances become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.

10. Amendments

Deep Marketing Solutions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
